I’m an IT Systems Administrator with hands-on experience supporting enterprise environments, managing user systems, and troubleshooting real-world technical issues. I work across hardware, software, and cloud-based tools to keep systems secure, reliable, and efficient.

IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION

I support and maintain enterprise IT environments, ensuring systems remain reliable, secure, and up to date. My experience includes user account management, system configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting day-to-day IT operations across hardware and software platforms.

NETWORKING & INFRASTRUSTURE

I work with core networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and Wi-Fi infrastructure to keep systems connected and functioning properly. I assist with network troubleshooting, device configuration, and resolving connectivity issues in real-world environments.

ENDPOINT & USER SUPPORT

I provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. This includes diagnosing issues, deploying equipment, managing updates, and ensuring users can work efficiently with minimal downtime.

CLOUD & ENTERPRISE TOOLS

I have experience working with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud-based tools to manage users, permissions, and resources. I focus on secure access, system reliability, and improving IT workflows through modern enterprise technology.

IT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION

I assist with coordinating IT tasks, prioritizing support requests, and managing technology resources across the organization. This includes asset tracking, access management, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring IT operations run smoothly through effective organization and communication.

AUTOMATION & SCRIPTING

I use scripting and automation to simplify repetitive tasks and improve system efficiency. This includes creating scripts for system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, helping reduce manual effort and increase consistency across IT operations.

Azure Cloud & Identity Engineer (Tier 2 Support)
